Eren Legal PLLC is seeking a Virginia-licensed attorney to support the firm’s contract and business law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and providing practical legal guidance to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements
  • Assist clients with service agreements, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other business documents
  • Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions
  • Advise clients regarding contractual rights, responsibilities, and potential disputes
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, and other documents
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide clear updates regarding their matters
  • Manage assigned matters, deadlines, documents, and client communications
  • Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys and administrative team as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all professional and ethical obligations

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
  • Experience with contract drafting, review, negotiation, or business law matters
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience representing small businesses, entrepreneurs, or corporate clients
  • Experience with business formation, governance, commercial transactions, or contract disputes
  • Prior law firm or independent practice experience
  • Additional language skills are welcome but not required
