Legal Fees

Transparent, competitive pricing for comprehensive immigration legal services. We believe in clear communication from the start.

Disclaimer

All fees listed in this schedule are estimated ranges intended for general informational purposes only. Actual fees may increase or decrease depending on the specific facts, complexity, urgency, and jurisdiction of each case, as well as the number of applicants or dependents involved.

Final pricing, scope of representation, and payment structure will be clearly detailed and confirmed in a written Retainer Agreement, which serves as the controlling legal document between the client and Eren Legal PLLC. No legal representation shall commence until the Retainer Agreement is signed and acknowledged by both parties.

All consultation fees will be fully credited toward your total cost upon entering into a legal representation agreement.

At Eren Legal PLLC, we believe in clear, predictable, and honest pricing. Our fees are structured as flat or hybrid rates, depending on case complexity and jurisdiction. Each client receives a written retainer agreement outlining the fixed scope of representation prior to engagement.

All fees below represent legal service fees only. Government filing fees, premium processing, translations, medical exams, and travel expenses are not included.

Payment & Legal Fees Policy

At Eren Legal PLLC, we are committed to providing exceptional legal representation grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a meticulous dedication to client service. To ensure clarity, transparency, and continuity in our work, all legal services are governed by a written Engagement Agreement outlining the scope of representation, fee structure, and payment obligations.

Professional Fees & Billing Practices

Our legal fees reflect the high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and individualized attention devoted to each matter. Upon retaining the Firm, clients receive a detailed Engagement Agreement specifying:

  • the scope of legal services to be provided,
  • the applicable fee model, and
  • invoicing and payment procedures.

We encourage clients to review these terms carefully and to raise any questions so that representation begins with mutual understanding and confidence.

Retainers & Trust Deposits

Certain matters require an advance retainer or trust deposit. These funds are held in the Firm's client trust account and applied to work performed, all in accordance with applicable bar regulations.

Clients may be asked to replenish their retainer to ensure consistent and uninterrupted representation. All trust accounting is handled with strict adherence to professional ethical standards.

Payment Obligations & Continuity of Services

Timely payment of invoices is essential for the efficient and effective handling of any legal matter. If a client fails to comply with agreed financial obligations — including overdue invoices or an unreplenished retainer — the Firm may, after providing reasonable notice, pause work on the matter until the account is brought current.

In cases where nonpayment persists despite notice and opportunity to cure, the Firm may respectfully withdraw from representation in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct and any court-mandated procedures. Our priority is always to protect clients' interests while upholding the integrity of our practice.

Non-Refundable Fees

Fees earned for services performed, work in progress, and costs advanced on a client's behalf are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in the Engagement Agreement.

Commitment to Excellence

This policy is designed to maintain transparency, safeguard the attorney-client relationship, and ensure the continuity of the high-quality legal services that clients expect from Eren Legal PLLC. We remain dedicated to delivering strategic, diligent, and results-driven representation in every matter entrusted to our Firm.
